The haircuts I receive are great. My issue is with your web sight. I can never easily find whom is available on a particular day.

I’m unsure of the disconnect between different store locations however it seems like individual employees are able to set their own time frames for store hours, as I was told the store is closed an hour before both Google and their location website state. I was even able to check in 15 minutes before arriving, receiving my “Batter Up!” Text confirmation informing me to be ready. I wouldn’t have waisted a drive otherwise. I’m unsure if this is a technical issue or an employee issue, seems worth looking into as reviews for this location are sour in nature.

Have 3 people working at 4:20 PM. 4 guest names are on the board, mine being one of them. All with 2 minute waits left after already waiting 25 minutes, 2 employees decide to leave together. Now we all have 45 minute waits again. Super unprofessional. At least let us know that your break is coming up or even that 45 minutes have been added to our wait time. We ended up leaving
